With a background in fire mitigation and hands-on field experience, he is passionate about protecting his community from wildfire risk. Andrew plays a vital role in operations and strategy, combining practical knowledge with a strong commitment to service and safety.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Eli leads with discipline, grit, and a mission-first mindset. He has a decade of experience in leadership, wildfire defense, and land management.
